Refunds

If Anatomy Lingo isn't right for you, email us within 7 days of any payment (your first payment, a monthly or yearly renewal, or a Founding membership) and we'll refund that payment in full. No questions asked. Forgot to cancel before a renewal? That's covered too.

A refunded subscription is cancelled at the same time, so it won't charge you again. To stop future renewals without a refund, just cancel in Settings → Manage billing.

Include the email address you used to buy. Refunds go back to the original card through Stripe and usually show up within 5–10 business days.

After 7 days, we look at requests case by case, for example if you were charged twice or couldn't use the course because of a problem on our side.
